RENTAL FEES & DEPOSIT
- Machine Rental Rate: $300 per day/event
- Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit equal to the total cost of the rental ($300) is required at the time of booking.
- Refund Policy: The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours of the equipment’s return, provided it is inspected and found free of damage or missing parts.
SAFE OPERATION & CARE
- Adult Supervision: Equipment must be operated by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. Never leave machines unattended while powered on.
- Proper Use: Use only approved ingredients (e.g., Flavacol, popcorn oil, or floss sugar). Do not use liquid water inside the heating elements or motors.
- Power Safety: Ensure the machine is plugged into a grounded outlet. Turn off all heat switches immediately if the machine begins to smoke or smells of burning.
DAMAGE & LIABILITY
- Minor Damage: Costs for professional repairs or replacement of small parts will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Total Loss: If the machine is damaged beyond repair (e.g., dropped, motor burnout due to misuse, or glass breakage), the client is liable for the full replacement cost of the unit plus any shipping/import fees.
- Indemnity: The owner is not responsible for any injuries, burns, or electrical accidents resulting from the use of this equipment.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- Original Packaging: Equipment must be returned in its original box/packaging with all foam inserts, scoops, and manuals included.
- Condition: Machines should be returned wiped down and free of large debris.
- Late Fees: Equipment returned after the agreed time will incur a late fee of $100 per hour/day.
